Toulouse, France, or the Pink City (as they like to call it) has SO much to offer! With unique architecture and delicious Spanish influences, you won't regret a day or two in Toulouse France. We stopped in Toulouse as a halfway point between Bordeaux and Marseille, and I wish we had stayed for longer!
